The products you offer are lovely however the delivery time wasn't all it was cracked up to be. I ordered something for Christmas and paid for next day delivery. It arrived 5 days later!!! I know Christmas is a busy time but your next day postage cost wasn't cheap and obviously wasn't ever going to get to me on time. Maybe the cut off for this service should be earlier than what is stated on the website to avoid disappointment.
