Bought a voucher from buyagift, was easy to do, but when trying to book the experience found it totally useless as before booking it said there was 21 locations to choose from, on checking my area was covered. Phoned the number given to book it only to find the nearest venue was over 100 miles away! Had to phone for a refund, the refund was dealt with quickly and efficiently, so disappointed as this was for my friends 50th birthday
