Good customer service. Had to change what I originally bought & person was very helpful & made it very easy with no problems. Only thing was, I asked if I could pick up the gift pack as time was short & only live 5 mins away but unfortunately had to make do with an Evoucher. Perhaps something to be able to do for future?
