I have ordered from bye a gift a few times now and I have been mostly happy but this time I ordered a box for my daughter for her birthday as it was a gift and when it arrived it had a hole in it which was a shame as it was a present I phoned them up and they said they would refund the money I paid for the postage and I would get a email I am still waiting for it
