Phoned the contact centre several times today and each time I choose options I was cut off. Eventually I choose the option to buy something new & then it was answered.
I asked for a 2 vouchers to be re-sent to me from the same order. Only one was sent. I phoned again & again no answers, then the next time it said there was no one able to take my call due to staff training. This was only 10 minutes since I spoke to anyone. I did the on/line chart & the response said I had to wait 7 days for an answer. Appreciate the current climate but this poor customer service
