I knew what I wanted so ordering was easy and the voucher arrived in very good time. However I was offered £10 off if I used a voucher code but the code was no longer available. Also I asked for an email/pdf voucher gift but it was sent both by post costing more and a pdf. All rather confusing and disappointing.
