I purchased the Legends Liverpool FC Stadium tour for my Husband's birthday. I noticed the reviews stopped in March so thought to myself they might not be running due to covid but it sounded so good that I went and booked it anyway. I emailed Liverpool Stadium to find that the tours weren't running at all with no future dates. It would've been helpful beforehand to see this on the buy a gift website that this tour was currently unavailable. When I asked for a refund I was asked if I'd like to exchange or upgrade my voucher. I was offered even more to put on it at no extra cost. I thought this was a fantastic gesture. I declined as I already went to high in price so took the refund and it went back into my account very quickly. I spoke to a very friendly lady on the phone also. Although I was disappointed not to have the tour I was very impressed with the customer service!
