This was received 1825 CDT, via Speedee Delivery, about 7-8 days after internet
order. Very carefully and tightly packed. An attractive silver piece, definitely suitable for a gift.
I thought that quaiches were shallower (this one holds about 300 ml.), so I doubt that few could drain it in one gulp, as per legend; yet recall that romantic Scots history begins with Sir Walter Scott, not William the Lion or Robert the Bruce. Highly recommended to those interested in Scotland.
