Great service, I had checked on line and found what I thought I was looking for. A quick telephone confirmed this was exactly what I was looking for, the help and information that I was given over the phone was fantastic, very informative and helpful from friendly staff that really knew their products and their service levels. I went back on line completed my order and everything worked like clockwork. A couple of days later I received my Quaich which was to be a gift for an overseas friend, it was exactly what I had been looking for, the engraving was perfect and the Quaich is now on its way to its new owner.
