I have bought quaichs previously and have always been really pleased . Initially with this order I was a bit disappointed that one of my ordered items wasnt available despite showing that it was , but after communication with people there who were extremely helpful , who helped me to substitute another item , I then received the full order very promptly . I would like to thank those that helped me with this for their understanding and efficient resolution of the problem . It was much appreciated as these are gifts for some colleagues .
