Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding, the original Quaich had the wrong engraving. As soon as I reported this, I received an immediate apology and given all the information to return the item. At the same time I was told that a replacement Quaich was being prepared. Special thanks must go to Rachael and Samantha, who made the whole process so simple. Thanks so much.
