I needed a quaich for a wedding gift but was shopping from the US. I sent an email over the weekend and got a response right away on Monday. We swapped another email or two to confirm the gift - with engraving! - could arrive on time in England, and they took care of it from there. In just a few days (!) I got an email from my sister letting me know the package arrived and that she had checked it out and it looked terrific. Thank you!!
