My order arrived in great shape after traveling 9,600 kilometers to get to me. (Scotland to England to the US to Canada) It would have arrived within 8 calendar days if not interrupted by the Labour Day weekend. It arrived on the Tuesday following the weekend and well ahead of when I needed it. The product quality is fabulous and the price is right. My only niggling issue was a phone call from Fed Ex looking for payment of Duty and taxes amounting to 25% of the cost of the product that I was not expecting. A note to the vendor that international shipments to Canada might require additional payment directly to the shipper in addition to the shipping cost paid to the vendor.
