Ordered from Canada for a member departing from our pipe band. I submitted a custom logo and text which was followed up by the next by their engraving specialist, David. Nine days later, the Quaich was on my doorstep. The presentation was very nice although the quaich did need some polishing and there was bits and pieces of dust/dirt inside. However the product, service and shipping time was impressive. I will certainly buy again for our band!
