I ordered a Quaich to be engraved with my own design late Thursday afternoon. I telephoned after placing the order because I realised I had probably left it too late for engraving if I wanted it befor Christmas. Rachel was so helpful, she spoke to the workshop people and called me back five minutes later to say they would get it done for me. I'm astounded that it has arrived first thing Monday morning and looks wonderful! Great personal service! Going the extra mile! A human being on the end of the phone! Beautiful product! Prompt delivery! What more could you ask? Pity the highest I can give is 5 stars I would certainly put it higher! it makes me proud to be Scottish!
