I needed a Quaich for retirement party before 3.00 p.m. the next day. As it was only a week before Christmas I telephoned 'buyaquaich' to see if an order would be delivered as stated on-line. I spoke to Rachael, who told me that it would be delivered before 1.00 p.m. - guaranteed. She said that she would keep an eye open for my order to ensure that this happened. It did. The package was delivered at 11.00 a.m. Brilliant service, classic looking Quaich. My mate loved it, especially when we toasted our friendship with our favourite JW Green Label.
