Goods ordered on line with a delivery time of 2 days. Order was for a colleague retiring and returning to the USA. When tracking the order, it told me it was scheduled for delivery on 4 April, my colleague was leaving 31 Mar. Contacted the online live help and the lady I spoke to resolved my issue in less than half an hour and the order was delivered 2 days later.
