Ordering was very easy and engraving up to 100 letters also easy, with choice of many fonts to chose from and review before ordering. With my contact details provided, the store informed me that engraving could only be done on the bottom of the quaich, which I did not know when I placed the order. Once I told them what I wanted, delivery was easy, complete with presentation box. Delivery was free if prepared to wait 2 days. The quaich is pewter with wooden outer, and much admired.
