I've bought quite a few quaichs from you - always lovely. This time it was lovely again but SHOCK HORROR, I messed up unbelievably (wrong wedding date!!) . So rang in desperation and spoke to Sam who was very helpful and friendly and said "send it back and we can sort for you" although she did say it wasn't something you normally do (because not everyone's as stupid as me I suppose). It's on its way.
