when I ordered this quaich I asked for it to be engraved with the graduation date .to my surprise Imreceicpved an e - mail,from Rachael advising me that she had sent my order by courier as the graduation date was so close.
The Quaich was everything I expected and the engraving superb.
I would definatley order from here again.
