Fantastic service! I ordered last-minute and the sales team weren't sure if it would arrive in Switzerland in time for the wedding. However, they very kindly took some pictures of the finished engraved quaich and emailed them to me so that I could produce an insert for the wedding card, just in case. The gift did thankfully arrive in time, but so nice that the team went to extra mile for our friend's special day. Thanks again!
