Nothing was too much trouble; quaich was engraved with my design EXACTLY as in the picture I emailed to Samantha, who also added her suggestions for a more striking engraving - worked perfectly. It arrived within 2 days; beautiful box too. This was for my son's wedding. I was so pleased that I ordered an exact replica in the mini 3" quaich as a keepsake for the bride's parents.
