Its the perfect addition to my daughter's wedding ceremony which will be held in Bali in December. I grew up in a Scottish community in Australia and I wanted to bring in a ritual that had meaning for us. I want to talk about how its not just all the choices and sliding door moments that brought my daughter and her fiance together, but that they stand on the shoulders of all who went before them, parents, grandparents great grandparents and so on...and all the choices and chance meetings and events they had that led to this point in time. My daughter will fill the loving cup with whisky and will share this with our small group. I want it to become a family tradition for joyous occasions. So thank you.
