My quaich arrived yesterday and I am delighted with it! While making my decision about which quaich to purchase, I found the live-chat help extremely responsive and helpful -- very reassuring when ordering long-distance. I was also happy to learn that the quaichs are produced in Britain and not outsourced. Delivery was timely even with additional time necessary for engraving. The presentation box could have been better padded because the quaich itself damaged the box (quaich was in perfect shape). I'm presenting it to my husband this weekend, and know that it will immediately becomes a treasured family heirloom. Thanks for making this purchase an interesting and fun experience!
