I quite believe that I received value for my money and delivery was prompt. That being said, however, does not mean that the quaich I purchased could compete in quality with one costing hundreds of dollars. Naturally not and I did not expect it to do so. The only flaw I found was that the crest was not quite centered in the bowl of the quaich. To be honest, I seriously doubt anyone would look that closely and if they are THAT picky about MY possessions then I am likely not to invite them back into my home anyway! :) I would recommend this company to other purchasers.
