I had a fantastic experience buying a quaich via this website. First, when surfing on the site I noticed a chat window, so I asked several questions, which were answered in a timely and professional manner.
I had a time constraint, and requested to be delivered within 2 weeks... and I was quite surprised to see the quaich be delivered even one week earlier than expected. It just means people there take care.
