Absolutely first class service. The responses to my emails were swift and helpful. The quaich itself is just like I had pictured. I had ordered a quaich with an intricate design in the bowl and the finished product is so detailed, it has captured the logo perfectly. The quaich itself arrived within days of placing the order which was an unbelievably fast turnaround. Unfortunately when it arrived there was a small scratch on the inside of the bowl. However the staff were very helpful and arranged a replacement to be sent out straight away with no fuss. All I had to do was pop the quaich back in it's box and print off the free returns label. In fact the replacement arrived before I had a chance to post the original back. Overall a five star service, I cannot fault them at any stage of the process. Would strongly recommend this company to anyone.
