Very easy to order, with a choice of styles for personal engraving. I was impressed that before completing my order, I was contacted with advice on how to make my message even better, rather than being sent something that would not have looked right. I adjusted my wording accordingly. The order was completed and despatched very quickly and I am very pleased. It was packaged very well. As this Quaich will be part of our wedding ceremony and then our keepsake of the day, I am very pleased with it.
