Item and service very satisfactory - bought as a wedding present to go to America.
Quaich is a lovely design, but the picture hardly did it justice. I had expected the inscription to be round the rim not across the bottom of the bowl, but the engraving is excellent, so we can leave it as it is.
The web site is not the most user friendly - finding a way back to the Paisley pattern required remembering which others were on the same pasge.
