Although the actual Quaich that I had preferred could not be delivered in time (it was the special wedding Quaich that apparently is made to order, usually about 10 days, but due to time of year, Xmas/New Year period, this did not suit), the help I received via email was good & allowed me to acquire an alternative product, which I am happy with. One point I would like to make, if I may, is that, when ordering the wedding Quaich on line, there was no mention of the 'made to order' situation at any point of the purchase system. If there had been then it would have helped & negated the need for the email traffic to sort out a solution. Regards, Alan Young
