First quaich arrived unengraved. Phoned and spoke to a very pleasant lady. Agreed to send back plain quaich same day, which I did. Meanwhile they engraved another quaich (same style) and
I received it 2 days later. I hope they received the quaich I returned. I am really pleased with my engraved quaich. Very nice company to deal with. Fixed problem really quickly.
