I was very pleased with the service received however, I was disappointed with the packaging both of the parcel and the boxing of the Quaich. The description said it 'comes boxed making it a great gift'. The delivery packaging was a jiffy bag which offered no protection to the 'gift boxing' so it arrived 'battered'. In any event the 'gift boxing' was a small sheet of thin foam wrapped around the Quaich which was then contained in the, by now battered card box. I was very pleased with the Quaich but had to pad out and 'pretty up' the inside of the box to make it more appropriate as a gift to a very good friend.
