I was very impressed with the speed of delivery to the US and the Quiach itself. What was disappointing was the boxes they came in. They were torn and full of holes and even taped up by yourselves. As I bought two quiachs from you as gifts, I expected the boxes to be good to give them in. I now have to go out and find replacement boxes.
