My experience was perfect from start to finish. We were in a hurry to purchase two engraved quaichs, and the first two sellers whom I contacted could not help us. I telephoned the buyaquaich number on the website and spoke with a warm, friendly female voice who told me they could help, and that I should place my order online, where we found a great selection of goods, advice about which of them were available in stock, and a fine selection of fonts for the engraving.. Being an octogenarian and technologically incompetent, I had some queries when I tried to do that, and phoned back. I spoke with another equally warm and friendly female voice who answered my queries pleasantly and helpfully. Having almost completed the online order, I phoned back over another detail about collection - old men can be fussy - and a third equally warm and friendly female voice assisted me. I arranged to collect the quaich from the warehouse, where a friendly young man quickly retrieved our order, confirmed it was as I would wish, and showed interest in the reason for our purchase. The recipients (and other donors) were delighted with the end result. I cannot commend this firm more enthusiastically and sincerely in all respects. Professor John Cowan
