I ordered an undershelf radio, which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the adaptor (for the continental plug) had been omitted. When I reported this, it was sent by the following day, which I thought was a quite excellent response.
Overall, the quality of product, and of service, is outstanding: very quick, efficient, and excellent value.
