Excellent service. After receipt of the DAB radio I found that it did not perform as expected and requested an exchange/return. Following an almost instant response I was offered the choice of a full refund or a somewhat better (dearer!) model in exchange. I took up the offer and despite my being unable to progress the return, due to imminent holidays; this was carried out immediately and very efficiently on our return. Very happy.
