Because I live in France I had cause to talk to one of the staff direct. That person was extremely helpful and followed though with an email re the issue in hand. The bathroom/ceiling music system appears to be of a good quality. It hasn't been fitted yet, but so far so good. Good packaging and delivered on time. No complaints.
