There are only a few companies that it is a pleasure to deal with and BuyCleverStuff is one of them. I looked at previous reviews of this company and was impressed so gave it a try. I was not disapointed, I raised a number of questions, all of which were answered promptly and accurately. I bought a DAB Kitchen under unit model. I was pleased with the overall construction (fitting it under my particulat kitchen unit was a bit tricky because it has a deep pelmet surrounding it) but it was achieved without too much fuss. The Radio Instruction Manual, one can say, was not written in conventional English but it becomes reasonably clear after a fashion. I have rewritten an information page on operating the DAB Radio station selection method because the type face is so small. Otherwise the radio gives a balanced sound and is not tinny.
