The service that we received from this company was first class. We ordered a KB Sound ceiling radio at 11-30am on Wednesday morning and received it at 9-30 the following morning!! And all with free p&p! The radio is now installed and working brilliantly, we are very pleased with it, considering we weren't even looking for one in fact didn't even now they existed for the home!!!! But somehow I was directed to this site and very grateful for it!!! If I have one criticism it is with the instructions provided with the radio! They could be a little bit more in depth as to the installation and operation of the system but we got there in the end so all is well. Would I recommend purchasing goods from this company??? Yes definitely.
