I ordered a KB Sound bathroom radio at 1.30pm on the 22nd Dec, it turned up at 10.30am the following morning, Wonderful !
However due to my own error I needed it to be changed for a different model. Phoned up , spoke to a polite and efficient operater who said the replacement would be sent out that day and I could do a doorstop exchange . Following morning it duly arrived and it is now installed in the bathroom. Excellent service all round.
