Having purchased a particular kitchen TV, I found that it did not have an included DVD player. I was going to return the item for a refund when the manager suggested an updated model. I agreed to purchase this, paying a small amount extra. I was also told that the new model would arrive the next day and that my erroneous purchase would be collected at the same time. This promise was fulfilled with no delivery cost. The new TV was installed but could not be operated because the remote lacked a battery. On telephoning the manager, apart from a profuse apology, I was promised that the battery would be sent by 1st class post. It arrived the next day and I am pleased with the reception and more than pleased with the exceptional service. I would highly recommend this firm.
