Purchased the KB Sound Plus and requested it be delivered three days after order placed - it arrived as requested. It was very well wrapped in bubble wrap and well bagged. Like a previous review, I have not installed it yet but wired it up on the floor to test it. Directions for wiring very easy to follow as are the installation instructions. The sound produced is of good quality. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service from this company. I would certainly use this company again if the need arises. Many thanks.
