I ordered a Keene 20W Digital In-Wall Amplifier and mentioned at the time of ordering that I needed this item by a specific date. After my call BCS realised that my delivery date on this item could not be met so they called me back with a similar (& cheaper) item that could be delivered on time for me. I was very impressed by BCS' customer care and attention to detail.
