The guys at Buy Stuff were brilliant - excellent know-how and advice and general customer service skills. The main problem was UK Mail Delivery Service. My speakers were due to arrive on a Friday, but didn't - it was reported that our house gate was closed so no access, but it wasn't and people were working in the front at the estimated delivery time! Then our delivery was rescheduled for Saturday - but didn't arrive. It seems clear that UK Mail had no intention of delivering before the Monday.....when everything worked perfectly and I was able to track the delivery and wave down the UK Mail van as it entered our village....so no excuses.
