From the time I found just what I had been looking for quite by accident on your website the whole experience was so reassuring as I usually like to speak to someone rather than use the Internet. Not knowing it but I was speaking to the boss. Rob talked me through all the options I was looking for. I wanted a small CD player with DAB radio for the kitchen & although I bought an under the cupboard unit it just sits on my worktop perfectly. I rang again spoke to Rob & ordered it. It arrived the next day with continuous updates from the delivery company. I opened the package & started to set it up &'played a CD then I pressed one too many buttons & could not get back to the start so I telephoned & left a message , luckily Rob called me back and literally talked me step by step to set it up again & programme in my favourite radio 4.
