Asked a couple of questions about product, answered knowledgeably and keenly.
It had wrong user manual in box but downloaded correct one from website.
Product is very sturdy, all metal construction with good quality connections.
Criticisms are:
Poor tinny sound quality, even after adjusting equalizer settings,
Remote seems flimsy, and still haven't got the hang of recording to usb.
