Good product and helpful staff. My unit didn't work at first but we trouble shooted and my bathroom mirror's hand sensor was blocking the IR signal to use the ceiling speakers. Watch out for this as there is no fix other than having to stand in front of the mirror to operate the speakers (block the IR signal bouncing out of the sink!)
