I recently ordered the Soundmaster MCD5500 Hi fi stereo system, it arrived promptly, but unfortunately there was a problem with the system. The power cut off after 15 minutes when using the turntable or playing tapes - due to auto-stop power saving rules! My request to exchange the unit was very promptly dealt with, and the replacement works fine. Overall very good customer service, thank you!
