I Ordered , under cupboard radio, but ordered the wrong one UR2170S1 it was two long, I rang to ask if i could change it for a smaller one,I was told that it would be no problem, I sent it back, and received a smaller one the UR2040, i must say the service was excellent,very prompt, & I am very happy with the radio great sound , thank you B.S
