Firstly, I emailed and got a very good explanation about the product. Encountered some online payment issues, which having called them, they sorted over the phone. The item arrived the following day(s), Brilliant. Really appreciated the advice they gave on me buying the product which resulted in me ordering from them and not someone else. Bravo.
